Client Discovery Case Study
RBMS Professionals was retained by a small technology development firm to assist with client discovery sessions and product development planning in the Specialty Insurance industry. We conducted interactive discovery sessions with stakeholders across the entire value chain to develop a comprehensive picture of the existing data, data gaps, and future data needs. We collaborated with our client to build a multi-year product roadmap based on these findings as well as market best practices that addressed master data management, more effective real-time data sourcing, and a user training plan to ensure all stakeholders were able to fully leverage the product. As a result of engaging RBMS Professionals, the client was able to secure the contract and increase the originally estimated margin
